Carlie Kotyza-Witthuhn is honored to be serving her second term as your State Representative in District 48B and running for re-election in the recently redistricted 49B. As a millennial and a mom of four young children, Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn (ko-tee-za wit-toon) brings a fresh perspective to the Minnesota House of Representatives and is part of the new generation of leadership in Minnesota. She serves as the Vice-Chair of the House Commerce Committee and sits on the Early Childhood Finance & Policy Committee, the Behavioral Health Committee, and the Workforce & Business Development Committee.
